Still a great deal with the benefit even after company moved to a high deductive and co-payment. No out of pocket to participate in plan. $800 a year stay fit benefit that can be used for health equipment.

High Deductible Health Plan is the best choice if you don't go to the doctor often. You can invest the money in Health Savings Account.
