You still have to pay for health insurance but it's not too expensive. Think like 50-70 dollars a paycheck for health, 8 bucks for dental, and like 5 bucks for vision. Currently health insurance is through united healthcare and almost every doctor is "in network". You have a low deductible and high deductible option to choose and if you pass a health screening you can lower costs further. The two main dental plans are Cigna and Aetna offering different options. I think it's VSP for vision.
