Fair amount of PTO

Navient offers a good health plan, vision, dental, group life and has an on site gym. the ONLY good thing about working there was the benefits. In the collections department management treated the employees terrible and upper management and site leadership was unapproachable.

You get paid time off but in order tonuse it withiut getting in trouble is to request the time off 2 days prior and make sure you supervisor apprived it. You don't get sick days so if you wake up sick and decide to use your paid time off you will receive a point because the time was not pre-approved. The health insurance is really expensive and will not kick in until you have paid a $500 deductible for a single or $1000 for family.

I'm not a smoker so it doesn't pertain to me but everyone seems to complain health insurance premium is higher for a smoker .. if your spouse can get insurance from his or her job and they choose not to you have to pay some extra to get the insurance through.. if you choose not to take the benefits they take that money and put it in you 401k plan which add about 10k a year to your
