Benefits packages were good, average compared to the market. It was difficult to understand when signing up but they provide people to assist. PTO for long term employees is very generous.

Get PTO. Get 401k . Also Bonus. No stock or stock options. It is a very good company especially for the beginners.

This is a company that clearly wants their employees taken care of. Amazing benefits! Great health insurance. Health savings account. Dental and Eye options. Pet insurance, legal help, tuition reimbursement, etc. They seemed to have just about anything you could need. While I didn't take advantage, I heard great things about the 401k options as well. All time is considered PTO, so no separating sick time from personal time.

PTO and 401k packages are pretty good. Health benefits are increasing in cost and requires participation in a corporate wellness program to avoid an increase in premiums
