The healthcare plans are lackluster.

17 PTO Days at hire. Fair health insurance cost to employee. Matching on 401k up to 3%. WFH options.

Average benefits package with normal copays

there is no extra sick days, but PTO you earn can be used for any reason. it is about 17 PTO days per year with 10 holidays (9 set holidays, 1 floating day where u can use it anytime within the year).

Time off is very reasonable. Benefits are fine but no longer spectacular. I was not eligible for benefits when they were still highly regarded.
