Great PTO benefits, 401k with matching

Good benefits package, including 401k match. Good actual rate for PTO; however, with the amount of work, it's sometimes hard to use. There is the option to sell some of it twice a year, which is good, and some can be rolled over to the following year, which is also good. Health insurance plan has become more expensive and they got rid of the advanced plan option, with lower deductible.

I like the health insurance. I also have health insurance for my pets through PPD. On hire, I got 3.5 weeks vacation time.

Good perks - seem to be losing some though

Best things: You were never bored. Many times you would stay until late into the night. So you could say it was challenging. Worst things: The pay was low. You would get 2% annual merit increases at best. A promotion offered a 4% productivity increase, even if you had been there for years.

They give amply time off for any reason and they have great benefits.

Working from home is the best perk. The health insurance seems average for the industry as well as all other benefits.

Pretty cheap individual insurance was the best thing about working there, and that was including health and dental
