A decent benefit package overall including - 22 days PTOs and 10 days paid holidays, , 401K matching 50% up to first 6% (4-year vesting for company’s matching contribution), flexible work from home policies, comprehensive health care plans with company-paid life and AD&D insurances (dental and vision cost extra), FSA, DC-FSA

PTO (sick time and vacation in 1) is accrued at a rate based on your level/years of experience, amounting to about 15 days at lower levels and up from there.

Health insurance is terrible, 401(k) is nice to have but I've had better, no vacation

Vacation package is very nice

401k doesn't seem to be worth it until you plan to be there for a minimum of 5 years. PTO is fair and maternity leave is good. Employee discounts on phone plans and local businesses.

I love the general PTO balance that can be used for vacation, sick time, etc.

Best: excellent healthcare, excellent PTO package, 6% 401(k) matching Worst: low pay for industry

Good amount of PTO that accrues with each pay period rather than waiting for an arbitrary day of the year to refill

Cheap health insurance and tuition reimbursement were the benefits to help me the most.
