I actually think that this the only good thing about the company. I'm unable to give 4 or more stars because the structure of the company makes taking a vacation difficult. Because working on a team means that not being able to do a task means more work for one of your team members, one can't comfortably take a vacation without screwing someone else over.

Excellent PTO. 4 weeks offered + floating day. Early dismissal prior to holidays.

I enjoy the flexible schedules. Everyone decides their own work hours.
