Insurance is great, full dental, health, and vision and it's cheaper than other CROs(Covance to name one), the PTO is solid, start at 17 days, only problem is you have to accrue it, so no immediate chance to use it. They match up to 3% for 401K, only problem is it's only for traditional, they wont match any for Roth. They give 10 paid holidays, it's pretty great actually, and on the day before a holiday if your job permits you can leave 2 hours early and still get paid.

Benefits are great and dirt cheap. The unity plan only allows you to use doctors in madison wi, which could suck for those who are travelers.

The company will tell you when the health care benefit begin when actually you are not covered for two more weeks. Not honest regarding when benefits begin.
