Company has embraced 100% work from home for specific IT positions, hybrid for others. It depends on what you negotiate with your manager.

You can create your own schedule, which is quite beneficial for young families requiring flexibility. Tje worst part is if youre not carefull and diligent w/time management you can loose traction on compleeting necessary tasks.

After COVID19, can work from home, before that, it needs to be approved.

It is nice to be able to do it from anywhere.

You get to have very flexible hours as a insurance sales representative since you meet your clients whenever they can but that's the only advantage. You're told to go full time so you have as much time available for your clients but the only problem is having money to pay for gas since you are told you are going to be a millionaire.
