Work From Home

Not a lot too be said, you have to go out into the field to make any benefits in this profession.

Working from home can get distracting. My daughter wants my attention or my wife needs something and its hard to just ignore them. I am more disciplined at work versus working from home.

Primerica has one of the best work from home programs. My department had good system in place for this, and I took advantage of it from time to time.

Personally haven't used it much (because of my manager), however I know a lot of coworkers that are able to take advantage of it.

I get distracted too easily at home.

Working from home with this company or those in same category would be great. If you were in and area you know well. Working in a city you just moved to and the company provides little assistance in generating leads, this makes for stressful and low income months. That not good when working on commissions!

Well it allows me to be in my own comfort zone and all the tools needed to work from home are on the mobile or web platform that we as employees pay for.
