The Work from Home program is Great, I'm very happy I was able to participate in the program. It definitely has saved me money & time.

You get to. Great for when my kids were young. Recently, I've had some physical challenges, so working from home became a must, and I was able to maintain and grow my income. Also, having my husband as my fully licensed partner is the true credit to our success when I couldn't get out and about, because he was licensed, he could do my "leg work".

Its still in its infancy here but they still require you to come into the office a few days a week if you are working from home. Unfortunately it's not 100% at home work yet. The max I have heard has been around 4 days a week. Also you have to provide your own computer, Some departments provide them but not all. A lot of it is still being worked out however.

You can work from home as much as you want and is only required to attend training sessions at the office at least twice a week for about 2 hours each time

The flexibility of working from home allows me to build my business while employed so that I am able to reach a level where I can replace my salary. Once that is accomplished I will be able to grow my business to a level where I am able to open offices in multiple locations which will allow my team to work from home.

It is up to the department manager if employees can work from home our not. Some groups have regular schedules, others will allow when there is a need, some not at all.

You are constantly meeting clients in their homes. You can do your actual data input at home, but you won't be there often.
