Vacation package is great, and grows with tenure.

6% 401K match vested after 5 years though. Health insurance is great, BCBS of Minnesota Basic PPO is $104/month for an employee, deductible only $600. After 3 years of employment you get 24 PTO days that include sick, personal-pretty much do what you please with these 24 days.

Best: pretty comprehensive package, with 3 months of maternity leave

Great benefits. They have great programs for health and fitness and company contribution. Downside is 401k doesn't match until after the first year of work. You dont get to keep 100% of the 401k contribution until after 4 years of employment. It is great if you are planing on working long term.

Company has one of the best vacation policies of any of my friends. Benefits are great including 401K.

There were no company perks since I was an intern. Though for full employees they do treat people really well.
