Job Training

It’s really hands on training and it was explained where you could understand and help they company be the best.

The best part is the patients shown to the employees by the management and or people doing the training. The most frustrating part is the consistency between the individuals and their various methods Of how they feel things should be done

The job training was rushed. Details weren't given as to what the actual job would be like. Also training on auditing system was rushed and not explained thoroughly. I felt as if I was being thrown to the wolves. At least I'm competent enough to ask questions while working.

One short training session and then they throw you into a shift that uses skills you still haven't learned yet. Most of your training comes from trial and error the first few months of employment.

Showed you around the home Depot, then gave machines needed to count inventory and had to practice speed because everything must be typed in a timely manner

The best thing training was it was quick, painless and to the point! The worst thing was , nothing at all!

I think the training program could use a little work to prepare you to increase your speed and thus your compensation on audits. The current training program doesn't seem to focus on getting you up to speed, very little detail is discussed. You pick it up on the job more.

If you're lucky enough to have a patient supervisor during your first few inventory events you will receive good on-boarding training. However, if you don't or if you're thrown into a high volume inventory on your first or second day (which is likely) your supervisor may speak down to you or insult you behind your back.
