Job Training

The training was very short and had little structure.

In software development, there is generally not a lot of job training provided. Coworkers and management were very helpful in learning new technologies and processes.

The training was decent and fair. However; working with the auditing machine can be very difficult for some to get use to therefore effecting their ability to get a pay raise.

This is a complete on the job training. Your first few events (stores) aren't really ranked so it's okay to be slow & get a feel for how to use the equipment. This is a great time to start figuring out which methods work best for you & to ask the more experienced people for any tips.

They give you the equipment you need and show you how to use it. Different times of the year they let you train to improve your speed.

The job training was good.

The training lasted basically one evening. It was so basic, a two year old could understand it. No experience is required to qualify for the position.

They want you to be quick and fast paced. But also accurate about everything you do.

It was a quick 20-minute training for a very simple job.
