Job Training

Training sessions are not too useful. The best training is on-the-job training. For your first few work sessions you will probably have a supervisor directing you. You can ask coworkers any questions you might have about operating work equipment, and they are your most important resource.

Great way to get to know the surrounding areas. Get a healthy view of the behind the scenes of a lot of different businesses as well.

you have to ask for it. Its disappointing to hear someone has gotten training and you haven't. when its should be known by everyone or at least a choice
