Best part about training is being able to train in an actual retail environment.

Training sessions are not too useful. The best training is on-the-job training. For your first few work sessions you will probably have a supervisor directing you. You can ask coworkers any questions you might have about operating work equipment, and they are your most important resource.

The best thing about the training is it gives you a small crash course into what you will be doing in the field. The downside is that you will be getting more inadvertant training while on the job and learn things. Pretty much learning from mistakes on the job.

Great way to get to know the surrounding areas. Get a healthy view of the behind the scenes of a lot of different businesses as well.
