We were on a travel team and they paid you for travel time also they pay for hotel stay.

Insurance was BS (Indemnity Plan) which o believe didn't meet Federal requirements at the time. No Holiday pay, No discount plans or savings for employees. Just a part time paycheck. Just started getting sick time in 2015 ish....but only if you missed 2+ days and some required a doctor's note. Better have money cause the indemnify wasn't gonna cover much of that cost.

You can choose your own hours and you can also see how long it should take to finish a job. But their app can be extremely annoying and the buses never arrive on time.

Vacation is not true time away, insurance is mid level, and the work life balance is non existent.

If you are a salaried position, the benefits are just fine. If you're hourly, there are none.

This company no matter how hard they work you do not offer any valuable benefits. They do offer a plan where you have to pay every pay period but it is definitely not worth it because it does not cover anything just gives a discount to cover their requirements
