As others have said, maximum match of $2500 yearly isn't competitive, and needs to be addressed with a better match.

Max matching of $2500/year isn't competitive with other companies of this size and in this industry. Also, the plans are very limited. Leadership needs to reconsider this benefit.

The plan is a standard 401K plan, They offer limited investment options though.

The 401k plan offers matching and allows you to save as much as you want. The matching however has limits which are pretty low.
