Training wheel is always being reinvented and never fully trained. It is as if HR is to top heavy and looking for the employees to do work. Never utilized the programs 100% and NO EXTRA PAYROLL TO ACTUALLY TRAIN. Payroll is low, to help the share price look good, that the associates never really get trained 100%

Training was done 95% through a computer based program. You received "training" from other older associates on your first few days of work. Otherwise, you're basically jumping right into the work.

There are ongoing training opportunities through cbts. Also, there were some classroom trainings to become a pharmacy technician. There are flash cards & a helpful notebook to go along with it. The best training is the experience you have actually being on the job.

Worst thing is they make you sit in front of a super old computer and go through hours of computer training.
