Great training for being a medical scribe with excellent on the job training. The best training you receive is not from the company, but from the physician who you work under - they typically enjoy teaching how to read CT scans, blood work, etc.

I did 4, 10 hour training shifts then was off on my own. The training shifts were barely helpful as I still had no idea what I was doing on my first independent shift. Must have a fast learning curve.

After working with this company for 8 months, I have used little to no information that was implemented during training. The training period, where you get paid minimum wage, seems a bit unnecessary.

They provide a lot of training for which you get paid prior to starting the job. I did appreciate this because it was very helpful!

8 shifts of training followed by a shift on your own where a trainer watches you. If it doesn't go well, you just get trained longer.

If you even want to call what they give you "training". They "show you" on the computer for 1 day and then expect you to be the expert. When you ask clarifying questions, they get frustrated (especially Amber Kain).
