Job Training

Yeah they provide "training" but it's awful. Teach anatomy and more medical terminology not "differential diagnosis" mumbo jumbo that physicians don't seem to care much about. They also care more about anatomy and science than "phrasing" despite what ScribeAmerica makes you think. Also makes training longer. Don't show powerpoints for a few days and throw scribes onto the floor, have more of an academic approach to training + there needs to be legitimate continuing education.

3 day crash course straight from a powerpoint, followed by 2 weeks of supervised scribing. Not the greatest training, but then again, this isn't the greatest company.

Prolonged, didn't adequately prepare scribes to use the software (Epic)

Offers a terrific amount of experience in medical charting and documentation with a solid pre-work training program. Your education is largely dependent on the effort your supervisors want to put in, but in my experience this was excellent.
