Their training was good overall. You do learn a lot however you learn better when you work on hands.

Job training at the placement site. Job training was typically 2 weeks. But they could be accommodating and do more training after the two weeks if you still do not feel ready to scribe on your own.

It takes 3 months to train. Find a better job while you're training incase they decide to fire you after 3 months of taking up your time.

Best thing: it's paid and you can get it done in about 4 weeks. Worst thing: they expect you to study outside of paid time. But you can also pass most tests without studying too hard.

Job training can be good, depending on the strength of the person that trains you. However, nothing prepares you to be out on the floor by yourself.

you only get paid $8/hr until 90day employment, and they don't take into account the stress and travel for many employees. not enough to live independently after college
