You have to watch A LOT of training videos when you're first hired which can get tedious. But they set help set a baseline that protects you as an employee.

You get training from MSL videos (never enough time to actually retain info) but you learn from the brand executives, brand reps and people who shop there. Gratis is the biggest teacher as well.
