I am a quick and visual learner, so it was quite easy for me to get a grasp. You learn for the first month on the computer with formal training about systems and policies, but you are always learning on the floor with employees and Brand Reps who train you on their products. It is also mandatory to do the weekly training videos on new/unreleased products on the computer.
