We offer a lot of training

I enjoyed the training and learning about the various products there.

Excellent job training. Opening a new store, we had two weeks of 9-5 SOS training Monday through Friday with two beauty educators, then were visited at least monthly from a beauty educator for additional training on new products and techniques.

Well its a lot of fun. You get a little nervous but still was a lot of fun playing with the makeup and such.

It's OK and a little useful.

This is one of the things I love most about this company! If you WANT to learn, they will give you every tool at their disposal. You will get training on products from company videos, trainings from Brand Representatives...the only thing they don't train you on thoroughly at the beginning of your employment...is your actual job.

They stick right by you, when training.

Another asset that Sephora stores have is the welcoming attitude towards learning.

I got the most thorough job training with sephora. I knew everything I needed to before starting and received more on the job training after starting. Everyday I learned about new products and different techniques as well.
