One gets to train in San Francisco, New York, or Tysons Corner for a week of training when for St hired. Training never stops while you work for Sephora. You'll either have great trainers air trainrs who seem under prepared.

Some on-the-job training, but not enough. Sephora has very company-specific terminology that it takes months to understand. All the processes are broken, so employees have to fend for themselves.

This depends on when you were hired and who hired you. You could get great training and on the job experience or if you're hired by some one who is particularly lazy and doesn't care about your education and training, you won't have any. Good luck.
