Great job training usually from someone who has been there in the kitchen for awhile. I trained many people myself before I left.
Honestly the job is so easy anyone could be trained in a couple days

Good Trainers produce good employees. If you don't put any time into the employee's, you aren't going to get much out of them. If you get a good trainer, you will be able to catch on very quickly.

They make sure you're ready to do your job and do it right. If you need help, any higher ups are willing to provide you the resources you need to make it

Best: Explained everything clearly. Worst: Went very fast. Half an hour of training and then I was on my own.

The Job Training is not fun in the slightest .However it does prepare you well for your job and the responsibilities you hold and how to do all the things you need to know how to do, and how to do them the right way while working. The training is quite simple, you start once you are officially hired and finished with all the required paperwork. Your boss will most likely give you a written up schedule for the first week or two, making sure your training days are days when your boss is present. Your first day you start by reading the Employee Manual in full. Once you finish reading that, you proceed to do training on the computer at your job. The online training teaches you all the ins and outs of everything you will need to know as a Carhop. It teaches you all the portioning and serving sizes for drinks, slushes, and ice cream shakes and blasts. While the quizzes and mini in browser power-points are extremely boring and seem pointless at first, they really are helpful to go through and actually pay attention to when you first start.

Job training is based of an employee that's been there the longest or more experience in a certain area, but most of the time they are not the best trainers, cause they are more concerned about their money and time.
