STAR tests were helpful, learned a lot. Also Dr Pepper games keeps employees refreshed on training

The best and worst thing is that it's not hands-on. You do courses online a couple days before orientation. This way, if you mess up, it's okay, keep practicing and you don't hurt anybody. But you also have no idea how it feels to practice those skills until you actually get out there.

The best thing is that they will give you unlimited time to learn what you need to learn before they will call you an experienced worker. The bad part is that they will get easily frusterated at you and call you names and the other employees will treat you badly and the managers will let them do it.

Pretty good training with one on one time and online training.

If you get someone that is dedicated to their job then the training is good. If not then you will most likely not get very good training.

They have online E Learning, but it is the same material they provided in paper paper form 10 years ago. No training program other than online courses.

Job training was awesome it teaches you everything you need to know about the job that you are being hired for.

The job training isn't difficult, and there's people above you (managers) theres constantly, so you always have a fall back if you mess up. The hardest thing to learn is the switchboard (board you take orders on).

No official job training they essentially tell you what to do and expect you to watch everybody else do it and then do it yourself.
