Job Training

The general manager was the first to train me. I quickly learned that he's rarely there, maybe once a month. Upon hire, you have to go through a cheesy orientation video/quiz, which could be short or long depending on your position. Training is paid like a normal shift. Usually a manager and a fellow employee in your position will help you for the first few days, and then you're on your own. But everyone in the restaurant is pretty knowledgeable about every area so I haven't seen anyone really get stuck since there's always someone around to answer questions.
