Pretty easy to pick up, study the formulas and you'll do good.

You watch a few videos online the first day then on of the employees just shows you how to make sandwiches and how to prep food and etc

They take their time to train you and put you on the spot right away. The bad side is they do not teach you everything.

Best part was it was on the job training. Worst part is that it was very hard to keep up and would get yelled at when you held everyone else up.

The worst is having to take online courses for thing we already know how to do. Subway is a great starter job but don't stay for longer than 3-6 months you'll kill yourself. If you can endur 2 years at a Subway then it is worth it because you could become a manager but managers at subway have a really stressful job because they have to deal with mostly all part time workers

most of the training is hands on. you have to take computer class, finish them is required or you get fired. they had me start on the computer the first day but called me up to do veggies within an hour.

well all the classes are online and that where you learn everything about subway, but for some people they need to learn hands on and visually. also training pay suck pretty bad for 90 days at $6.50.
