Job Training

The best parts of Subway's training is the ease and the fact it is online. I trained for this position online at my own pace without having to step into the restaurant.

They only pay you $5 an hour for training

They really did make sure that I knew what I was doing before I moved to my store, although I did feel like the other girl I trained with got a little more priority because she was staying at that store, and because of that the only thing I left with out knowing was how to make bread

Like most owners you were really required to learn on the job, there was online courses available, but there was no training for management, or how to run a store. You would learn by making a mistake and being lectured.

They kind of give you a quick run through and let you go.
