Job Training

I got put "on the line" on the first day, I was doing vegetables. Have to memorize all the breads, types of sandwiches, cheese, and vegetable servings.

They are very busy so they just train you as you go along. The manager there is very good at his job just not at training and they expect you to already know what to do.

They gave a full detail interview of how everything works. You even get to do hands on training.

Had to do a short online "class" that was helpful for some very small things, but overall wasn't very helpful for most day to day situations.

they show you how to make the sandwiches then talk about how slow you are like you are supposed to be an expert your first day. then the manager whips through the paperwork while you watch and you are supposed to catch on

Typically is 1 on 1 and they have a great online program to help new hires get acclimated. Training also is very effective and efficient.

you invest at least 6 hours of your own time for free to do an online training course, then you get a few days of 3 hour shifts where they put you on the front line and expect you to be able to remember all the sandwhich formulas and make sandwhiches for the customers as if you were a fully trained employee, then you find yourself working alone within a week.

It trains you to work there, and it's how I got a start in the workforce.

The worst thing was I was put to train during the lunch hour while I was still learning the menu. Having to work fast paced and not know what you're doing equals really angry customers.
