Sutherland benefits

For some reason I could never get enrolled with the Insurance benefits. Contacted HR but they failed to communicate. When I followed-up it was too late. I had only 2 weeks to complete. 401K was done automatically, I didn't sign up but then I didn't mind. Getting time off, I was told I had to be with the company 6 months to get time off. You can only take time off if you have the paid time off. You may or may not get approved. Expect to ask off at least a month or 2 ahead. You can't ask off that far ahead and minimum of at least 2 weeks prior. Paid holidays are only available after 6 months tenure.

They paid me during my maternity leave after only being there a few months

The 401K is not 100% Match.

The benefits are as affordable as any except the length of time for resolution on any inquiries submitted is extremely to lengthy. To the affect on coverage, may be gone with out when needed.

Great insurance and its effective within 30 days

The premium is reasonable and I had no copay st the dentist. Overall ok

You don't make enough money to have anything taken out of your check.

They lie about time off, benefits package is expensive. Health insurance is expensive with a high deductible.
