Health insurance is extremely expensive, you actually never get the time off you request, their virtual machines break constantly, their 401k sucks,

The best thing about the benefits package at Sutherland is that they help you no matter what, they care about the employee.

Great health benefit options. No matching contribution to 401k.

You did not get sick days. Have to use your own PTO.

Health insurance through Excellus BCBS and typical Dental and Vision packages. No matching for 401k and if you contribute the IRS maximum amount each year chances are if you make over $90,000 you will get more than half back as plan doesn't meet the guidelines and you are considered a highly compensated employee.

Many of the insurance benefits are flat out overpriced and inferior to subsidized plans on the NYS insurance marketplace which are likely to be free or less expensive monthly with better benefits.

Sutherland does not offer a benefits package outside of the basic health insurance which is extremely high according to other companies
