Maternity is standard. You dont receive Paternity leave until you reach Store Team Leader and above. Many companies are beginning to offer some sort of Paternity leave now so I think Target should rethink this. Even two weeks goes a long way.

It's actually pretty good if you have been there long enough. You recieve half of your pay while your on leave. They have an excellent maternity support program that offers great advise and they are avalible to answer all your questions. Also a $100 gift card after completing the program is a great incentive (must enroll in first trimester)

they are fully compliant with the FMLA guidelines, however they have recently move to contracting and outside company to micromanage FMLA, Sick Pay, Disability Pay, etc
