Comparable 401K with other similarly-sized consulting firms, decent health insurance, but mediocre PTO. Most companies now have the option of converting overtime to additional PTO, which would be nice if Terracon would consider this option. Additionally, they don't pay overtime until you have reached 44 hours, which is not representative of a company that values employee time.
