Pay starts low considering the work involved. The benefits package was very good,insurance was better than I get now with a government employer. 401k was well run. Time off was at the discretion of the secretary, not the department manager. Never knew if you had to work weekends until 6 PM on Friday, so difficult to plan time off. can't afford to take part in the employee stock program unless you are management.

Good: 3 weeks PTO + paid national holidays, 401K, good medical insurance, good dental insurance, good vision insurance. Excellent price and value.
