On the low end of benefits packages. The medical benefits are the bare minimum. Dental benefits are a little better. Staggered 401k matching program with the matching funds in the form of company stock. PTO time is included in overall chargeability forcing employees to skip taking vacation to maintain a high chargeable percentage. Performance bonuses are very small and provided in lieu of salary increases.
