Limited providers now that we are on the narrow network Local Plus plan, $108 a check per family for the HSA plan which provides the lowest level of coverage Ded is $4000, and they give you $800 in your HSA, however it's broken up into 26 payments. The HRA plan is a little better but more expensive. Basically, take care of yourself, even though our new motto is "together all the way", which works for those making 100k, but not the majority of your employees making a few dollars a month too much for medicaid

I miss the old managed care / co-pay plans. Currently only H. S. A. Or H. R. A. Plans are offered. Also, we don't have the FSA debit card which can be inconvenient.
