Job training was mostly on the job, but not a major issue as far as learning the job. You can start out in craft (ie. Mailhandler) & work your way up while attaining certifications in PIT equipment, etc.

It's not bad or great. You get a week or orientation and 3 days of delivery training on the street afterward. It's enough to get you started on your own and then you learn from there.
