No training required. Just watch what others are doing. NO skill needed. And you don't get any skills from doing it either. Just need to be fast and accurate in doing it. Get so repetitive work that you become like a robot

You get two weeks of orientation, none which really "prepares" you for the actualy mail delivery. Afterwards you get three days of shadowing another carrier.

You get paid for it so that's a plus

Mine training was done poorly. I went to a class and then took a few LMS courses and had to begin work, I am leaning a lot as I go.

well I reallly think they went above and beyond to make sure the new hire is able to preform there job. They want you to succed not fail!

They give you 24 hours on the job training but then throw you on your route and expect you to be able to get it all down pat only working one day a week starting off and get upset when you struggle
