Training is promoted on the surface, but very little of it actually happens besides looking at videos.

The US Postal Service offers several on job training that the employees can benefit from. However, the measuring the training effectiveness to see how it is helping the organization is not present. Hence, there is no accountability.

They train you well and you will be well prepared
