Again, healthcare here is very upsetting. I understand the Affordable Care Act required some changes to health insurance, but there should be other ways to implement it without fiscally damaging employees, or giving relavant information. Another complaint I have is the amount of information one has to go over to set everything up - it's tricky, and if not done right, makes things not work properly.

For a company as large as this, they could do much better. A $3000 deductible per person and 80/20 coverage after that? That is pathetic.
