It used to cover almost everything that you needed. Then went down hill and the deductibles were really high.

The plans they went with were not the best for the amount of money they paid. When your plan covers absolutely nothing until you cover almost $2,000 out of pocket first, it is not the best plan for somebody seeking to provide themselves with normal doctor visits and health care. It only helps if you are hurt or sick by something really expensive. If you are simply doing upkeep and preventative care, you'll end up paying for all of it out of your own pocket, anyway.

Although they really enjoy not coverung things, what they DID cover, most of the time you got to see a very good doctor. I was sad to have to leave one of my favorite doctors when I left the company

Costs going up, more hoops to jump through (went from a questionnaire requirement to a biometric screening requirement) to obtain substantial discounts

There are a lot of options however, it is very expensive. Health Insurance increases every year however, salary does not!
