Unisys offers a reasonably good benefits menu with multiple health care options and 401k match.

Vacation and time off is generous, other than that private insurance is almost a better choice which shouldn't be the case for a company of this size.

Mediocre benefits - Health insurance 80/20 plan, 401K they match up to 3%, excellent work life balance if client allows it, many layoffs in the past few years.

The health insurance was quite good and they didn't make you pay that much of it for full family coverage.

The healthcare coverage is not as strong as at my husband's company, so we use his insurance and take the penalty at his company for insuring me when I can get insurance at my employer. 401k is good with immediate vesting. Dental is same as any employer - $1750 per year max. Eye care is same as any employer. No legal insurance coverage. Life insurance is good, $1M coverage. No spousal life insurance, no AD&D and no child life insurance.
