Comparable dental, medical benefits. Discounts through certain companies are ok, but not a big selection. Education benefits are ok, but everything is a reimbursement and they are very strict with it to the point of taking any discount you recieve from outside out of your education benefits. Capped at 5k a year.

Day one benefits and pretty inexpensive in today's costly world.

The on-boarding was precarious. It took over a month to get my health benefits registered correctly.

Medical package is not competitive and has high premiums and large employee copays

The length in which Short-Term disability is covered is ridiculous. Long-Term Disability I have heard is alright though. Used to have the ability to work from home but somebody ruined it for everyone. No Maternity and Paternity leave to exist...pregnant women have worked here and gotten written off for being absent while giving birth.

Standard benefits package, health, dental, 401K. Nothing special, they even match about 2% of your 401K.

Benefits package is pretty good overall. Medical has gone up substantially with Obamacare and the introduction of large deductibles but that's not the companies fault. Maximum vacation is 5 weeks per year and employee can't accrue any unused vacation beyond certain point. Use it or lose it.
