Underwhelming healthcare options. Shifting away from Work From Home option for those near an office building. Nice office with plenty of parking since half the building is now empty because of layoffs and voluntary exits.

Benefits are on par with the market. Every year they research the best package for the greatest value.

No choices with medical/dental insurance option. Follows industry standards which is far less than in previous years.

Employer contribution for 401K is paid in your paycheck instead of waiting till year end. Salary paid every two weeks. Vacation is two weeks per year.
Expense policy very stringent. Extremely conservative in spending.

Flex time, although at your local manager's discretion, has generally been available, as has telecommuting options. (However, those were tightened down on quite a bit in recent years.) The 401K is fairly competitive, with a company match. The health benefits are probably standard for the industry: high-priced high-deductible plan with an associated Health Savings Account.

From my perspective, the benefits are on track with other tech companies of this size. Currently they are matching up to 3% matching for 401K and providing $500 annually towards the funding of the HSA account. The 401K program has a diverse selection.

Vacation is only the minimum 2 weeks despite experience level.
Overall, medical, dental, vision benefits are ok. However, cost to employee doubled in 2016.
They offer 401k matching .50 cents on the dollar up to 3%
No bonuses
No raises (in over 7 years)
