The company still compensates the benefits package however, the rate and quality of the packages have decreased over the years.

PPO Health Benefits and 401K

No 401K. UNISYS did offer a good salary program with bonus and great vacation package.

6% 401 K match was great. Also, benefits start on your first day of employment. Nothing extraordinary about the benefits. Employees are offered standard benefits. Very hard to take time off if you are part of a small team.

Certification reimbursement, standard eye care. 2 health insurance plans, dental is standard. 401k

Benefits are very average. Nothing extraordinary as one would expect out of such an old established company. Employee discounts are too less to be even considered a discount. Although they provide the very basic health insurance, dental, vision, 401k and HSA. I am quite surprised that such a large organization doesn't have Employee Stock Purchase Plan. No performance bonus. No yearly salary increment.
