The benefits package at Unisys is fairly good, but disappointingly they are raising the employee contributions for medical and dental for 2016, to "align with industry benchmarks". I would rather see them be a leader in offering options their employees can afford.

High out of pocket deductable. Once that was met, it seemed pretty good.

Good benefits package that is in line with most large companies. There is no set amount of sick days; getting a sick day is at the discretion of your manager.

The benefits are decent but the company that was chosen to manager the FSA is horrible.

Worst thing about their benefits package is that you have a $1,500 medical deductible each year. I stared with the company in September and they do not give any pro-rated price so I had to pay $3,000 out of pocket for medical within 5 months! You also only have really 1 plan to choose from. Prescription costs are high and half of the items are not covered.
