benefits package was fair - reasonable rates and vacation time was separate from sick time. Changed to combination sick/vac time at time I left

Very comprehensive benefits package. Health insurance has broad coverage with low payroll deductions, and the HSA model avoids the "use or lose" of traditional FSA's.

The worst thing is probably extremely low salary. Of course, there's no 401(k), no raises (for most people, that is), no pension. Not a very good medical plan either.
